Study Rooms

Study rooms capacities vary between 6-8 people. 

Bookings are limited to 8 hours a week per library card. 

You must have a valid Brentwood library card to rent a room.

You can book a study room 30 days in advance.

Conference Room

You must have a valid Brentwood library card to rent a room.
You can book the conference room 30 days in advance.
The conference room has a capacity of up to eighteen people.
You must have a minimum group size of 8 people to reserve.
Bookings are limited to 8 hours a week per library card.

Meeting Room

You must have a valid, adult, physical Brentwood library card to rent a room. 

Reservations must be made 2 full weeks in advance.

Recommended to reserve 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the meeting to allow setup and break down of the room.

This room accommodates up to 110 people.

You can pay room rental fees online or in person during library operating hours.

Must pay and turn in documents within 7 days of making the reservation.

Non Profit Fee | $20 an hour

For Profit Fee | $60 an hour

To book the adjacent meeting room, the hourly rate doubles, and an additional $100 surcharge applies.

Cancellation Information for Meeting Room

Renter must submit a cancellation request in writing by emailing meetingroom@brentwoodtn.gov, or delivering a written request to the Library front desk.Groups failing to cancel 7 days before the reserved date will forfeit the room rental fee.Groups canceling with 8 or more days notice will receive a credit on the renter’s account.

Study rooms, the Conference Room, and the Meeting Rooms cannot go over their set capacities due to fire code regulations set by the city. If your group is too large for the room reserved you will be asked to split the group up into multiple rooms or to find another space in the library to work.
